Microbiome composition of deep sea sponges in the Campos Basin, Brazil

There is a gap in the knowledge of the microbial organisms associated to deep sea sponges in the South Atlantic. This study aims to unveil the relative abundance of the microbial community living in six different deep sea sponge species.
