Effects of salinity stress on microbiome of Sebastes schlegelii

We aimed to investigate the effects of exposure to low-salinity environments on gut microbial community in Sebastes schlegelii, a coastal resident species in South Korea. We investigated changes in the gut microbial community using 16S rRNA gene sequencing to elucidate the impact of marine hyposalinity on the physiological responses of S. schlegelii.
