The purpose of this study was to investigate ways to mitigate bleaching stress in corals. To this end, various treatments were applied to the bleached corals to see if the bleaching stress could be alleviated. And, to investigate the effect of these treatments on corals, we performed RNA-seq analysis and identified stress-responsive genes of corals.
