Genome sequence of a large-sized 'snowflake' yeast

We selected for increased size in multicellular snowflake yeast (a laboratory model of undifferentiated multicellularity). Large size evolved in one of these populations. In order to identify mutations causing a large-sized phenotype, we isolated a single strain from this population and sequenced its genome.
