Halophilic archaeal diversity evaluated in Chagannuoer Soda Lake by amplicon sequencing

Extremely halophilic archaea grow in some high-salt environments, such as natural salt lakes and soda lakes, and have special adaptability and demand for salt. The halophilic archaea diversity in Chagannuoer Soda Lake was analyzed by amplicon sequencing.
