Effects of nanoplastic exposure on transcriptome response in hepatopancreas tissue of M. rosenbergii

This study revealed the molecular mechanisms that nanoplastic exposure on Macrobrachium rosenbergii. This results show that the toxic effects of nanoplastics on juvenile shrimp may be related to the effects of nanoplastics on antioxidant defense and immune defense. This study provides reference data for further evaluating the effects of nanoplastics on aquatic organisms and studying the potential mechanisms of nanoplastic toxicity.
