Bacterial Sequence of soft rock and Sand Composite Soil

This project is based on the field experiment of compound soil at the Yulin Field Scientific Observation and Research Station in China. Two crops, spring maize and potato, were planted separately, and soil samples were taken for high-throughput bacterial sequencing after the crops were harvested, in order to reveal the biological characteristics of soft rock improved sandy soil.
