Analysis of strains carrying cyp51A with N248K mutations using whole genome data

Among azole-susceptible clinical and environmental strains, some strains harbor N248K mutation in cyp51A gene. We investigated the cyp51A N248K strains phenotypically, analyzed them using WGS and performed a phylogenetic analysis.
