Anabas testudineus Raw sequence reads

The fresh water climbing perch, Anabas testudineus, an obligated air-breather can tolerate and survive in terrible water conditions such as hypoxia, high concentration of environmental contaminants and salinity. Its adaptive feature made them invasive to other regions. This study de novo explored its toleration mechanisms against contaminations on transcriptomic and epigenetic level, especially the defensive gene family genetic feature and pathway regulation.
