pulsed light irradiated Vibrio parahaemolyticus

Pulsed light (PL) is a type of disinfection technology that does not generate heat, and it is commonly applied on the surface of objects to kill microorganisms however, the energy dissipated by PL is not adequate to kill all the microorganisms located deep in the objects. We adopted transcriptome sequencing to study Vibrio parahaemolyticus gene expression under low energy dose of PL.
