<i>Rhizophora mangle</i> survives multiple stresses inherent to its ecosystem, including light, salt, temperature, low nutrient, and oxidative stress. For maximal representation of conditional transcripts, mRNA was isolated from a wide range of developmental stages, tissues types, and habitats. Multiple individuals were obtained both from the field and the greenhouse and sequencing was done using 454/Roche GSFLX Genome Sequencer. <p> The raw data has been submitted to SRA SRX001383.
