Newly fertilized rainbow trout embryos microinjected with a single dose of UV-327 (2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-(5-chloro-2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) phenol), reared until and sampled at hatching individually, and snap frozen in liquid nitrogen.

RNA was extracted from whole organisms and RNA was sequenced by AZENTA.

This is a followup study to "Embryonic Exposure to Benzotriazole UV Stabilizer 327 (UV-327) Alters Behaviour of Rainbow Trout Alevin" (https://doi.org/10.1002/etc.5807), which reported altered behaviour on Day 14 post hatching (Day 35 post microinjection).
