The coral holobiont is crucial for the survival and functioning of coral reefs, making it highly important for their stability. In this holobiont, corals are associated with symbiotic algae (Symbiodinium) and the diverse community of microorganisms that live within the coral's tissues. Although this event is caused by high water temperatures, still there is a possibility of holobiont microbial infection and dysbiosis. With a similar aim, this study was designed to comprehensively explore microbial diversity and composition in healthy and bleached coral species (Porites lutea).
