Hepatopancreas transcriptome of red swamp crayfish in hypoxia.

As an economically and ecologically important crustacean, red swamp crayfish routinely encounter hypoxic conditions in aquatic or burrow habitats. However, the molecular regulatory network of hepatopancreas under hypoxia in crayfish has not been clearly established. In this study, hepatopancreas transcriptome was performed to investigate changes in regulatory network and key genes in response to hypoxia.
