Psychrobacter celer ch2-11 is a microorganism isolated from Korean fermented seafood, anchovy jeotgal. Identification using 16S rRNA sequencing revealed a similarity of 98.02% with Psychrobacter celer. It is commonly known as a Gram-negative bacterium and typically exhibits a coccus or coccobacilli morphology.
