Whole genome sequence of White Spot Syndrome Virus(WSSV) to investigate the circulating variant in Peanus monodon from Bangladesh

In 2021 to 2023, black tiger shrimp (P. monodon) infected with White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV) were collected from shrimp farms in Satkhira (Bangladesh's southwest coast) and Cox's Bazar (Bangladesh's southeast coast) and then did the whole genome sequencing(WGS) for the molecular characterization and phylodynamic analysis.
