Unraveling heterogeneity of coral microbiome assemblages in tropical and subtropical corals in the South China Sea

we compared the coral microbiome assemblages among 73 samples across six typical South China Sea coral species via pyrosequencing of 16S rRNA gene for revealing how the coral microbiome will response to the increasing SST.
