Fng3, an ING protein associated with both HAT and HDAC complexes. We guess that Fng3 shares overlapping functions with another ING protein Fng2 in regulation of H4 deacetylation through collaborating with Rpd3 HDAC complex. To confirm the relationship of Fng2, Fng3 and Rpd3 complex, we analysis the transcriptome data.
