The relationship between microbiomes and selective regimes in the sponge genus Ircinia

This study was conducted to investigate species boundaries among Caribbean Ircinia using 2bRAD data, identify loci under selection using a de novo assembled transcriptome , and to investigate differences in the microbiome community compositions among host Ircinia and seawater.
