Experimental data of Cd(1−x)Zn(x)Te alloy (x = 0, 0.07, 0. 11, 0.28, 0.53, 0.87, 0.91, 0.94, 1) obtained by spectroscopic ellipsometry between 270nm and 2100nm at 60°, 65° and 70° angle of incidence. The data were acquired on a HORIBA-Jobin-Yvon UVISEL ellipsometer. The samples series consists of Cd1−xZnxTe single crystals (x = 0, 0.07, 0. 11, 0.28, 0.53, 0.87, 0.91, 0.94, 1) with well spanned x values across the composition domain.
