Procambarus clarkii transcriptomic response to nanopolystyrene exposure

Adult specimens of Procambarus clarkii (males and females) were individually exposed to 0.1 mg of carboxylated polystyrene nanoparticles (100 nm) through diet in a 72-hours acute toxicity test. Gene expression profiles were compared between exposed and control samples in hemocytes and hepatopancreas tissues.
