WACCM-D simulation data for middle atmosphere response to auroral electron forcing, as used in the manuscript "Atmospheric Nitrogen Oxide response to electron forcing from a 6D magnetospheric hybrid-kinetic simulation" by T. Häkkilä et. al. Data for the VLAS and REF simulations in the Southern hemisphere (SH) and Northern hemisphere (NH). VLAS simulation performed with eVlasiator-derived auroral electron forcing; REF simulation performed with no auroral electron forcing.

Files are separated to zip-files of mixing ratios (NOX, O3) for VLAS and REF and VLAS ionisation rates (ipr).
