Mainstream microbial community succession

This study investigated the correlation between microbial community succession and partial nitrification (PN) performance under twice high-load shocks (HLS1 and HLS2) in a wastewater biological treatment system. The results indicated that the realization, stabilization, and destruction of PN are not only related to operational parameters. The destruction of PN is not only related to operational parameters but also to microbial community structure.
