First High-Density Linkage Map and QTL Fine Mapping for Growth and Alkalinity Tolerance of Spotted Sea Bass (Lateolabrax maculatus)

Totally 333 one-year-old progenies were randomly selected from one of family for linkage map constructions. The body weights, body lengths and head lengths were recorded and analyzed for following growth-related QTL analyses and pairwise correlations using Person correlations.
