Bacterial diversity of sea bream fillets changes durngo storage depending on preservation conditions

Sea bream fillets were vacuum pacled in films activated or not with antimicrobials (thymol and enterocin AS-48) and treated or not by high hydrostatic pressure. Bacterial diversity was determined during refrigerated storage.
