18S Amplicon Sequencing from Beaufort Sea Shelf Transects 2017

Examination of eukaryotic plankton community structure along the Northern Alaska Beaufort Sea Shelf/Slope break in response to upwelling. Samples were collected from repeat occupations of multiple onshore-offshore transects before, during, and after upwelling events.
