The gut microbiome mediates the alleviation of premature aging phenotypes by a high-fat diet in SIRT6 knockout mice

We analyzed the gut microbiome of WTCD (Wild type mice microbiome), KOCD (SIRT6 KO mice microbiome), WT-MT (WT mice transplanted with microbiome from WT mice), KO-MT (WT mice transplanted with microbiome from SIRT6-KO mice), KOHD-MT (WT mice transplanted with microbiome from SIRT6-KO mice fed with a high-fat diet), and KO-WT(SIRT6-KO mice transplanted with microbiome from WT mice) by 16S rRNA.
