Description: In this folder, are stored the individual main spectra profiles (MSP) produced in the framework of the Euphresco project 2018-A-271 ‘Rapid identification of plant-health related bacteria by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry (MALD-ID)’

The list of MSP is available in the file “List MSP Mald-ID project-Plant pathogenic bacteria.xlsx” present in this folder. They are classified following the genera of the strain used for creating them. Note that Duffyella spp. MSPs are classified with the Erwinia spp. MSPs

These MSPs can be included in the built-in program of the Brucker MS system, permitting the analysis of spectra along with the spectra already provided by Brucker.

Rights: These MSPs are available, under licence CC BY-NC-SA. In particular, this licence allows you to remix, adapt, and build upon this reference collection for your work non-commercially, as long as you credit this data and license any new reference collection build upon this data under identical terms. No reference file from this work must be marketed as such or included in any form of commercially sold database but the authors expressly permit the application of the provided reference files for diagnostic purposes.

Format: The individual MSPs are on the format .btmsp Among the Erwinia MSPs, an additional file “Erwinia.btmsp” contains all the Erwinia MSPs as a single file.
