Brownbanded bamboo shark genome assembly improved with in vitro proximity ligation data

Using high molecular weight genomic DNA extracted from the same juvenile shark individual used for initial genome sequencing, the previously generated Chiloscyllium punctatum genome assembly (GCA_003427335.1) was improved by scaffolding the sequences in it with Dovetail Chicago in vitro proximity ligation data.
