DNA-seq of Pampus minor muscle

Pampus minor (P. minor) is one of currently worldwide 6 genus Pampus , which are important commercial species in many countries and widely distributed in Chinese coastal waters and the Indo-western Pacific.P. minor is mainly distributed from South Sea to middle part of Taiwan Strait in China and can be readily distinguished from all other known Pampus species in possessing fewer rays in the dorsal and anal fins, gill rakers and total vertebrae, but it is often considered to be a juvenile of silver pomfret (Pampus argenteus, P. argenteus) because of their morphological similarity.
