Grapes (Vitis vinifera L.) cv. Italia were collected from two vineyards located in the Northeast of Tunisia in 2018. Grapes were dried in raisin using a convector drying. Individual raisins were analyzed on their 2 sides by hyperspectral imaging.
70 raisins were analyzed for each modality.
The modalities were: the type of farming (conventional (Conv) or organic (Org)), the temperature of drying (50, 60 and 70°C for conv and 60°C for org), and the type of drying: no pre-treatment before drying (control :C), using a NaOH as pretreatment (SH), K2CO3 (CH), or cutting the raisin in two as traditional know-how (TRAD) and gathered at the end of the drying process, or in the organic type, TRAD by drying outside and not in a room with a controlled temperature (Sun_TRAD).
Tool: HSI system (Laboratory hyperspectral imaging Benchtop System, Resonon, Bozeman, MT, USA). The hyperspectral images were recorded by the SpectrononPro 5.1 software (Resonon, Bozeman, MT, USA) in reflectance mode with an exposure time of 12 ms and a stage speed of 11 mm s-1 with a gain of 10. Spectra were recorded from 400 to 1000 nm with 2 nm intervals.
Different dataset were created using raisins.
