Isovalent cation substitution and the AF-SC boundary of oxypnictides

DOI

We have prepared a new family of electron-doped oxypnictides \RFeF\ with the same average Rare Earth radius as that yielding the highest superconducting Tc to date, i.e. the R=Sm compound, with Tc=52 K. We succeed to obtain similar high transition temperatures without including a magnetic compound like Sm, which provides an ordered moment below T=10K and strong magnetic fluctuations surviving up to 150K. We intend to explore the phase diagram of the new family by MuSR.
