Malabar datasets used in study "OTU quality from dissimilarity arrays"
Brief description of the datasets
These are 32 samples among 96 samples of Malabar with rbcL marker covering
4 locations (Bouée 13, Comprian, Jaquets and Teychan ),
4 seasons (summer, autumn, winter and spring)
2 water columns (pelagic high tide and benthic low tide)
which have been used for a study on OTU quality in Arcachon Bay.
hdf5 format
There is one file per sample, in hdf5 format. Its datasets (hdf5 vocabulary) are:
distances: pairwise distances between all reads in the sample (SW score)
seqid: the sequences identifiers used throughout the different analysis
word: the sequences themselves
naming of the samples
The sample names have been simplified as, for example,
Teychan Winter Pelagic
as, on top of 4 locations and seasons, there are two samples: one benthic and one pelagic at high tide.
