This data contains raw and derived data for the manuscript in Nature Communications, entitled "Tuning the Zeolite Acidity Enables Selectivity Control by Suppressing Ketene Formation in Lignin Catalytic Pyrolysis". Raw Photoelectron Photoion Coincidence (PEPICO) data obtained during catalytic fast pyrolysis of guaiacol over different zeolites. The analysis software can be obtained from: https://www.psi.ch/en/sls/vuv/pepico. The folders contain mass spectra and threshold photoelectron raw data at different reactor temperatures. In addition we provide TGA/MS, NMR data and the results from computations.
