Aspergillus flavus isolated in Tsukuba field

Of the four Aspergillus flavus isolates in the Tsukuba experimental field, two were aflatoxin-producing and two were non-producing. Genomic analysis was conducted to clarify the factors that caused these differences in aflatoxin production.
