Transcriptome annotation of Vibrio parahaemolyticus

Using direct RNA sequencing to annotate the transcriptome of Vibrio parahaemolyticus with its full features including transcription start sites (TSSs), termination sites (TTSs) and operon map. This study include two conditions, growing with and without bile, a sensing signal used by the bacteria to sense the host environment.
