Comparison of microbial communities growing at high pressure, low temperature and in presence of crude oil

Using high pressure reactors we simulated the environmental condition of oil spills at high marine depth. We investigated which bacteria taxa are the most impacted by specific environmental condition (low temperature, low nutrient amount, high hydrostatic pressure) and which taxa are most likely to be correlated to hydrocarbon degradation
