Microbial community structure analysis in high radiation environments

To analyze the microbial community structures in the highly radioactive environments after the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident, meta-16S amplicon analyses were performed for bacteria inhabiting the nuclear reactor building of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant and for bacteria inhabiting soil, seawater, and river water mainly in Fukushima Prefecture.
