This document describes the reporting of the ICOS Ecosystem station team and how the communication between ETC and different station team members will be organized. The aim is to have a clear definition of the people working at the station in order to optimize the exchange of information. The document is structured in six different sections with the aim to facilitate the use and application: - Station Team Roles, where it is described which are the different roles and responsibilities that the ETC accept in the station personnel description - Communication strategy, where the email communication system from ETC to station team members is described, including the different type of messages - Team reporting, where the variables used to describe the team are presented
