We intend to explore the intermediate q-range (0.1 to 50\AA-1) in nanogranular Fe35Ag65 and Fe15Ag85 thin films. These systems have been proven to have a crossover between a super ferromagnetic and super spin glass state. A complicated picture of interactions between magnetic nanoentities is responsible for the collective magnetic behaviour. In this proposal we request time of NIMROD to study the plausible existence of sub-nanometric magnetic particles of Fe in an Ag matrix. This is important, since such small particles could enhance the interactions, especially of the RKKY type. This experiment will provide excellent complementary data to our on-going Small Angle Neutron Scattering studies on the same systems, while also revealing the interatomic structure within.
