This dataset represents raw sequence reads of a GTSeq (Genotyping in Thousands) assay applied to multiple Atlantic sturgeon samples to assess genetic diversity at SNP loci. Each sample contains reads for that specific fish, representing amplification of a set of targeted loci. The barcodes have been removed from the reads, but the primer sequences remain attached since they are necessary for assessing amplification success and evenness in each sample.
