Bimodal signatures of germline methylation are linked with gene expression plasticity in the coral Acropora millepora

This project tested for a correlation between signatures of gene body methylation and environmentally driven variation in gene expression. Specifically we tested whether normalized CpG content of gene coding regions was positively associated with differential expression between clonal fragments transplanted to different environments.
