Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) Variation in Foodborne Isolates After 100 Subcultures

Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) Variation in Foodborne Isolates After 100 Subcultures. We made subcultures every 24 hours, so day 100 was actually subculture 100. For each of the 16 samples it was Day 1 and Day 100 of the a single culture. Day 100 of the HPB2863_1 does not have a day 100 culture since it was shown to be contaminated.
