Transcriptome sequencing of gill tissues in Myitilus coruscus

In order to explore the effects of high temperature on the gill tissues of Mytilus coruscus, the transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed on the mussels after transferred to a separate tank and maintained at the respective temperature for 12 hours to simulate thermal heating on a hot day during falling tide.
