Genome sequencing of Vibrio harveyi strain TUMSAT-2019

The genome sequence of Gram-negative bacterium Vibrio harveyi was sequenced. The V. harveyi strain TUMSAT-2019 was isolated from a kuruma shrimp (Panaeus japonicus) that originated from a shrimp farm in Okinawa Prefecture.
