16S gene Miseq sequences for Litopenaeus vannamei larval microbiome

Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is the most productive shrimp species in world aquaculture industry. The quality of larvae is closely related to the growth and development of shrimps in subsequent culture stages. However, the bacterial community composition of larvae shrimp and its relationship with habitat bacteria are unclear. We collected shrimp larvae and rearing water samples for investigating the microbioal community with16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing.
