RNA sequence of gonad and brain in marine sculpin (Cottidae)

Marine Sculpin (Cottidae, Teleost) have two fertilization mode external fertilization and unusual fertilizing mode called internal gametic association. Sperm morphological characteristics and velocity are different between them. We compare the RNA data of testis, ovary, and brain among Cottidae (n<60) to reveal evolution of sperm characteristics. We also construct phylogenetic tree of sculpin using RNA-seq data.
