Changes in the physiology of Isochrysis galbana and its associated bacterial community following treatments with antibiotic

Algal cultures are generally co-cultures of algae and bacteria, especially when considering outdoor cultivation. However, the influence of associated bacteria on algae has been poorly investigated, particularly in the context of Isochrysis galbana. In present study, the influence of antibiotic on the physiology of I. galbana and its associated bacterial community was investigated.
