Dataset for: "Annual CO2 budget estimation from chamber-based flux measurement on intensively drained peat meadows: effect of gap-filling strategies"

Raw data, scripts and results for the test of gap-filling methodologies based on chamber-measured CO2 fluxes on intensively drained peat meadows. Data includes chamber-based CO2 fluxes measured on four dairy farms in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands, from 2017 to 2018. Each farm consists of a treatment site installed with the sub-soil irrigation (SSI) technique (onderwaterdrainage in Dutch), and a control site with traditional ditch drainage. Data from the fifth farm location from 2018 to 2019 was also included that was installed with pressured drainage (drukdrainage in Dutch).
