Thermo-lyotropic mesophases study of silicon supported lipid-DNA complexes by neutron reflectivity

The aim of the present neutron reflectivity proposal is to obtain stereochemical and kinetic information studying the thermo-lyotropic behaviour of the lipid mixture DOPC-DDAB deposited on silicon substrates and the influence of such mesophases in the mixture-DNA complex formation.
